That's what the rant said. He needed to be benched, because he can only hit bad pitching.
I think it's safe to say that he can hit any pitching, and just went into a mini slump. But what do I know?

He was in a big slump. He had hit very well the past 2 games. Both can be true. I hope he keeps it up

Of course the Florida pitching outside of the Friday night starter didn't look very good this weekend. So either he went into a mini slump or he finally got the bad pitching he needed.
