Yes the season will suck and we most likely wont go to a bowl game but the future is bright

2000 was a lot of fun without the expectation or possible thought of a national championship. Take yourself back there this season.

he hasn't been on that show for a while.
and certainly they are not the most learned sports talkers, but they fact they devoted about 15 minutes of their show to it (and took a number of calls [including an ND fan to shite on Kelly]) shows that the game has transcended beyond sports.

Sam was in Orlando and happened to be watching the game with an LSU fan.
Discussed the game, the heartbreaking ending (for LSU), the terrible block on the XP, the injury to Smith and that FSU should have be relieved to win as opposed to celebrating.
For guys that don't do it for a living, it was a fairly decent discussion.

Thanks for the heads up...as much as I love Jim, I find Sam unlistenable. I wish Jim would get back with Anthony as Jim and not Chip Chipperson.
