Id really like to know the answer to that.
It doesn't matter what we say. We can continue to hit you over the head with fact after fact, statistic after statistic, play after play showing that Jefferson is superior to Lee, and you'll deny it. You'll pull up a Les Miles quote where he talks about Jefferson for 10 minutes and Lee for ten seconds and you'll argue that, in Les' mind, they're equal.
My dad gave me some good advice back in college. He told me, "son, some people are going to stay stupid. There's nothing you can do about it."
I feel like that's relevant right now.

how about if JJ struggles?
He'll have to play worse than he did at any point last year.

Its obv that in your opinion JJ plays little to no part in that 112th ranked offense we had last year.

Nope. I've consistently held that he was the third biggest problem on offense last year behind Crowton and the offensive line. Our WRs and RBs (the few times they had a hole to run through) played better than Jefferson.

GC has spent his life coaching football and has had success on EVERY frickig level and yet.... leave it up to a bunch of internet know it all fricks to bash the guy after one down year with I quote "POOR OLINE AND QB play"
some of you people are entertaining to say the least.

Crowton's wonderful in his first year with a fifth senior QB. Other than that, he sucks.
Posted on 7/25/10 at 9:54 pm to Antonio Moss
how about his 2nd yr with a first yr qb?
and if he sucks so bad how the frick did he get the LSU job?
the la tech job?
the chicago bears job?
the oregon job?
let me guess.... his mormon roots and his killer abilitly to sell himself.

You forgot BYU as well.
Guess how many of those jobs he was fired from because of inadequate offenses?
Posted on 7/25/10 at 9:59 pm to Antonio Moss
my bad... outside of the pros one one think LSU was an upgrade overall those other schools.
sorta like saying you got fired as the cook for bk, mcds, and taco bell but managed to grab the head chef job at commanders palace.
I'll suppose we'll just settle on he is one heckuva salesman while being interviewed.

He was fired from four of those jobs.
Do I need to repost the pattern?

Or Miles knew how loaded he was in 2007 and put all his eggs in one basket and brought Crowton in.

No offense to Lee, but anyone who truthfully suggests that Lee should start over Jefferson needs to join my wife and the other ladies discussing outfits during the LSU games.

I have to give it to you.... you are by FAR the poster on here that truly believe you have things figuered out.
Im just curious, have you ever been to a coaches clinic with GC?
Have you ever heard/been part of any conversation from people that would know on how they feel about GC and his capabilities as an offnesvive corrd?
FWIW I can answer both of those questions with a yes.
I find it laughable that people such as yourself that has such an arrogant view of things/coaches that are so over your head you have actually convinced yourself that you know what you are talking about.... seems to me you missed your call in life, you shoulda traded that 8-5 in for a 6 or 7 digit salary football coaching job, b/c to hear you tell it you are more than qualified.

Is this the "I know football, you don't know football" argument? It's also known as the "super-anonymous-internet-credentials" argument.
Well, in that case, my response is simple. I was a four time al-Pro Quarterback in the NFL and I have two superbowl rings. Everything I say needs be taken as gospel on this board.

no.
Im a nobody.... my football exp consists of 5 yrs in hs and 30 yrs of wathcing and talking about it with fam and friends.
However, Im fortunate enough at times to be part of converstations with people at that know exactly what it is happening within our football program.
Unlike you....I dont pretend to know everything.
I listen more than I talk... and I trust the people that are responsible for the hiring and firing of coaches.
Seems to me you are the one here with the ego.
