Who then proceeded to get a weak grounder off the next batter to double him up. Pretty cool to see two generations of Tigers.

Really 3 generations considering Bregman was in the field at the same time

Bregs is DHing tonight so not technically on the field at that moment but I get your point.

He and Gaussman both seem to be struggling... which is something I never thought we’d see. Gotta think they’ll turn it around though.

Generations? Maybe classes but those guys are still in the same generation.

Yeah, earlier he watched strike 3 with runners on second and third. He better pick his game up .150 ain't gonna keep him in the league much longer.

Gausman has always been up and down in the league though. Nola has just fallen off a cliff compared to last season. He was pitching well the last few starts but was very bad tonight.

Isn’t Gaussman suspended now for throwing at the other team’s pitcher who had thrown at a Braves batter earlier?

He got suspended for throwing at Urena who intentionally beaned Acuna last year. Idk if he’s still serving that suspension or if it’s over though.

I was proud as hell of Gausman for doing that

Will Harris is the oldest remaining tiger in the majors. I dont know this for a fact, but I dont see there being a way this isnt true.

That beach that threw at Acuna deserves anything that happens. Not a fan of either of those teams but intentionally trying to hurt one of the best young players in the league is gonna be a no-go for me.

He didn't really have a choice. It wasn't like they got together before the game and decided he could do whatever he felt like. He had marching orders. Ha

It's good that he got to first, he is struggling this year at .150 or so batting average

Thanks. I knew Gaussman throwing at the other pitcher was retaliation of some kind but I couldn't remember the details.

I think you’re right. Only other player I can think of is Aaron Hill, but I don’t think he is still playing.

Congrats to JaCoby. Always thought he regressed after that freshman year. Kept at it and a lot of hard work still has him ballin
