Does administration have a solution available right now under their noses and not know it? Keep CEO in another capacity and get a HC who can compete with other SEC coaches.

What has Jack Del Rio done on a college level to think he would succeed as a college head coach? You don’t just plug in an NFL coach as a college head coach and think he will automatically succeed. See Lovie Smith and Bill Callahan. Furthermore, what has Del Rio done as an NFL head coach to make him desirable?
