It’s Time For Wade To Get Fined

That’s a goaltending. There’s absolutely no way you can miss that call. If I’m wade I go off on all this bullshite this team has been through since we started SEC play. There’s no way it’s even for both teams. And Woodward needs to back him up.

Was coming to start this thread. He needs to come to his weekly press conference with video showing the absurd disparity in officiating treatment and take the fine. And the administration needs to be there to back him up.
LSU has played poorly the last few games and officiating is not the only reason for that. But it is absolutely a factor and has to be called out.

The silent treatment is getting us nowhere either. It’s beyond ridiculous right now. It’s not the fouls they’re calling on LSU. It’s the pretty obvious fouls they’re not calling on the other teams. I saw Eason and days get bumped on multiple occasions tonight right in front of a ref. Eason is a pretty strong guy and has a good balanced stance most of the time. If you move him to where he wobbles off balance and barely catches himself, it’s a foul. And those are not being called.

Dude 2/3 games Wade has commented on the refs in postgame with the media. The last two games he has had two outbursts where he left the bench and came on the court. He hasn’t been silent at all.

He also said three games ago that he’s never contacted the league’s head of officials. It’s time to do so and call them out publicly. They need to put together a tape showing fouls called on them that aren’t called on the other team the same way. Because that’s what’s happening and will keep happening if he doesn’t call them out.

I can agree with this. Though like you said, Wade stated he has never contacted the league. That doesn’t mean someone else hasn’t. I don’t think Wade is spending time cutting out tape and sending it into the SEC, that would be someone else’s job.

One of those was to say he doesn’t comment on officiating. That does and means nothing.
It’s time for attention to be called and specifically directed to the disparate treatment in the way the last 4 games have been officiated. No, it will likely not accomplish anything. But saying no comment or cautiously commenting has also achieved nothing up to this point, so what is the downside exactly?
The most likely scenario is he becomes a meme, and then at least other people start talking about it.

I agree Wade has made his displeasure known through the proper channels. To do it publicly (and I get it, we’re all sick of how uneven games are being called), is likely just going to make it worse. It’s shitty to watch, but going ape shite to the media won’t solve anything. We’ve got a lot of things we need to fix besides the officiating.

Yeah but that missed goaltend was ridiculous for refs to miss. Was every bit the sMe as on Fudge that they just called.
It sucks. We played bad, but fought back. They call that obvious goaltend and it's a 6 pt game with over 4 to play.

It actually wasn’t, it was far worse. Fudge’s was probably the right call, but it wasn’t clearly on the way down at first glance and was short of the cylinder.
The missed one was both clearly on the way down and above the cylinder. It’s completely unacceptable and simply can’t be a coincidence that it was missed.

The most disgusting part of it all was they called a goaltending 5 seconds earlier on LSU that wasn't any more or less obvious

I get it. It’s been awful. We went three straight games where the opposing team didn’t commit one foul in the first 11 minutes of the game. I doubt that’s ever happened before. But going public likely won’t help. We’ll just get shite on even worse.
