According to BOL (their 247) one of their insiders said a phone call has been made to try and get Aranda.

Bama ain't getting Dabo, Aranda, or anyone else after seeing how the fan base is treating the No. 1 College Coach of all time....just because he lost one NC game. I hope Bama shoots a hole into their own boat.

Why would Aranda leave LSU in a lateral move, to work for a Head coach, who really is the Defensive Coordinator?
Just don't see it happening. TAMU last year with the money they have and to work with an Offensive Head coach - Maybe so!

Im going to be totally honest. If the LSU brass allows that to happen, the entire football program should be disbanded and we can just take a run at being a Basketball school. I'll never watch another LSU Football game if that happens.
