it was an enjoyable game to watch

and i'm not talking about moral victories. we lost. still, this team played hard in the trenches. OL and DL play was the best I've seen this year.
We just missed some big opportunities. it's apparent etling just can't see the field during live action and just goes to the hot route receiver. still, he's our QB and he's giving it everything he's got. the coaches made a helluvan effort as well.
that's all you can really ask for each game.
sure, it's even more fun to compete for and win some championships. and we will again one day. hopefully soon. but if you can't enjoy good football for good football, and are going to be miserable when you don't win every game every year - you are setting yourself up for disappointment.
