Don't really think that's true. Offense stalled out a bit more but not due to Burrow missing throws.

Losing Jefferson seemed to disrupt what we were doing on offense.

And there were a few drops. I can thing of two easy swing passes to rbs that were dropped.

The offense was not called the same.

I know right before half and backed up on our own 5 yard line the percentages are to run, but see what that got us, a fumble! We are not a running team, and if we come out swinging we probably march down the field in 1:20 seconds and score 7 or 3. It looks too slow handing off the ball from a back who is on the side of the QB. Do we have a few plays from the eye, say we are on the goal line and need to bull rush it in for a TD?

Well he is just banged up a bit.... the game was at hand and he had zero reason being in there as long as he was......

I think the injuries got to everyone's head. Vanderbilt was beat but they were playing with wreckless abandon and it seems everyone got a little fearful. Games can turn weird like that sometimes.
