Hiring Freeze or K Briles and keeping Aranda out of the league.
Pretty simple actually. O can ‘cruit. Same spot as last year. Need a homerun OC hire.

pretty much any scenario that has either of them on staff. O has this year to make the right OC hire while also staying out of the play calling if he wants to continue to be here. Also a huge '19 class. Anything less and they both need to be shown the door.

Another year, another coordinator on offense. No time to jell to learn the system. New quarterback has to learn a whole new system. Our problem has been offense for a long time. That instability deters top Qb recruits from committing or staying in the program to be groomed. No seasoned QB equals No stability.

I wouldn’t shake my head to much. After saying he would hire the best offensive coordinator in college football he is parting ways after one season. 2 Years 2 systems our inexperienced quarterback will have to learn. Says there is some instability. Not to mention them having to be separated from fighting lol
