The reality is that last year's team would have lost 5-6 games facing this year's schedule, whereas this year's team would likely win 10 games facing last year's slate.

1. Top 10 Miami instead of horrible BYU

2. Top 3 Georgia instead of horrible Tennessee

3. Auburn @ Jordan-Hare instead of Tiger Stadium

4. Much improved Florida, again at the Swamp

5. Equal or better Mississippi State

6. A&M with the coach we desperately wanted to hire

7. A Bama team better than us at every single position
except maybe Greedy and Devin White

QB - more RB - less OL - more at Tackle, better depth, same at guard WR - more TE - more DL - more LB - more CB - same without Fulton, less depth more with Fulton S - more - return everyone, most stacked positon on the team

This.. but I’m sure this is considered being a sunshine pumped to point this out..

D-line issues DID cost us Miss State and Troy. We just didn’t have enough bodies once there were injuries and players ejected for BS calls.
Yeah because the offense did enough to win both games.

Troy allowed 21 2nd half points (14 in 4th), not LSU.
7 points should win any game.
Carry on with the Edscuses, though.

Yeah, point out the job he did as a first time head coach, 11 years ago. What about USC (6 years ago) he went 6-2 overall 6-1 conf. What about LSU 15-6 overall, 10-4 conf. I don't know about you, but that looks like progress to me. Hey, but whatever fits your narrative.
