Is the LSU ticket office always difficult to get in touch with?

Called several times today including two 20+ Minute waits and emailed twice. No response since 8am.
I had a pretty minor question but jeez what a shitty operation.

LSU and its athletic department are very poorly run in general. I'm sure the Covid requirements are making it even worse than usual, which is yet another self-inflicted injury.

Never before have I had to wait. Best believe that people are cancelling their tickets this year. I have had 3 calls and each time a paid worker tried to talk me off the ledge to not cancel my tickets. The student workers just process your call. It took about 30 plus mins of waiting to try to process the "give me my money back" call. I am forgoing my tickets this year. They try to threaten you to know you won't get your tickets back again. However i think you'll get a chance to upgrade if you try again next year. That's why there is such a long wait. Just my thoughts and I probably will be wrong but I don't care. You can't throw in "go get a vax shot to get tickets".

They’ve got a load this year and they are overwhelmed. Honestly I feel bad for them, administration has thrown them to the wolves.
