Gotta remember, Chaisson has the possibility of the next two years learning under Aranda. With the raw athleticism he has, he can be a great. Just have to give him time to learn the game

He is not where Key is now and may never be. But I think our pass rushing depth is better and I trust Aranda to scheme to use everyone's strengths. The good news is that we seem to have some depth at Buck for Aranda to work his magic with...

It will be very similar to Guice following Fournette. Chaisson will be one of the best in the nation next year, ASSUMING his head’s screwed on right and he keeps working.

Mingo was extremely raw when he came here and improved year to year. I think that should be the expectation for Chaisson. Key was already somewhat polished so he was more of an immediate impact player.

Like Mingo, Chaisson IMO really needs to focus on adding in the off-season. He just looks underweight at the moment to fill Key’s spot.

All of our star players have moments, as freshmen, where they make you say “damn, what a play”. I haven’t seen that pure athletic explosive play from him yet. He is on pace to be a really good player, but I haven’t seen a Key like moment. Yet

Agreed It’s gonna be hard to find another guy like Arden Key. The reality is most guys don’t step onto the field the 1st game of there college career and record a sack like Key. He’s a rare breed, college ready from day 1. Chaisson need to learn a few more pass rush moves, and add weight. He will be a very good one.

Mingo had the benefit of a red shirt year too.

KC needs to make a big jump next year IRT size and technique. He needs to add 'muscle' weight to his frame IOT compete in the SEC, and improve his ability to get off blocks. Guy has tremendous potential and has been getting invaluable reps this season. Could break out next year just like AK did his SOPH season. GT!

People that thought Key would just pick right up where he left off are nuts. Nobody can take that amount of time off and step right in and dominate. Key is just now starting to play like his old self because he is just now getting in game shape.

That was a beautiful spin move. With a spring and summer to hone hid skills this guy could be unreal

Key was a natural pass rusher and had great ability as a true freshman but Chassion is a greater athlete which doesn't always equal greater skill

Compared to Key's contribution thus far this year, I would think we will get an improvement with Chaisson next year.

It would help if you actually watch the games.

He needs to get more physical. You can tell he hasn't played football long, he shy away from contact alot even when tackling. He uses his hands to arm tackle way too much. They will coach him up tho, and if they dont, someone else will play. He has to get more physical, period.
