Is it time to consider getting a new OC and asking Steve to have another role?

Kendal Briles is the OC at Arkansas and would be here in a heartbeat. Let Ensminger stay on the staff and find a young OC that is up and coming.

Others:

Tony Elliot
Chip Long
David Yost
Andy Ludgwig
MANY more

I'm starting to think that's the plan. E supposedly didn't want the OC role in the first place.

It makes sense when you consider all the smoke surrounding the "E was grooming Brady" stuff.

It’s time for O to do whatever he needs to do to keep positive momentum. He’s proven himself with flying colors to this point, and I think whatever that need is, he’s going to address it.

What are your reasons?

Your post lacks content and reasoning.

Yep. The afterglow is over. Time to pull at threads, pick at scabs, shite on coaches/players, and promote the backups (QB/RB) as better than starters.

How about we just sit back and let Coach O take care of this. I don't think he needs our help.

Coming off one of, if not, the most prolific offensive seasons in CFB history and this is your take?

Why did you address that to me?

My post was in response to the OP.

I know. Were you not sighing because of the absurdity of the OP's post?

I was agreeing with your "sigh."

There was an interview with Ensminger that came out recently that made it sound like he relied on Brady for just about everything.

If I'm a manager and I have an employee in a very high profile position who can't get his job done without significant help from others, then I would definitely consider reassigning that person to a position with lesser responsibility and promoting someone who can do the job. That's just smart business.

It's time for you to consider staying completely away from the internet.

It's not your thing.

We Ran a Pro Offense with a Pro QB that was light years different from what we have seen in the past. What was the key detonator here??? You guys really think E just had an epiphany one day and drew his vision down on a Dry erase board? That was Brady and All Brady. And even if we kept the Brady Binder, E has shown me nothing in the past to make me think he is even remotely capable of being a great OC and take home the Hardware. As mentioned earlier, he depended n Brady for everything. I like the Guy and respect him, But for people saying E has this and Brady just helped develop QB, Receivers and the passing game are crazy. O better Get someone and get them quick as his cabinet has been picked

The perfect season for a rantard: Go undefeated, win the national championship, fire the coaches.
