Is it possible for an assistant coach to ever be as beloved as Joe Brady for 1 season?

Not even just at LSU, at any college - is it possible for an assistant coach, who isn't even a coordinator, to accomplish so much in only 1 season at a school that they are a beloved legend for life on that campus?
I cannot think of a single other example, and I'd have to think it would be extremely difficult and unlikely to happen.

it like an artist that only put out one hit album, then dies
they achieve legend status with only a small body of work.

Peveto if he had stayed one year

Right now? no but a lot could depend on what Ensminger does this season without him. If it looks like the offense didn’t miss a beat then people will say that while Brady introduced the new offense And we thank him he wasn’t as important to the play calling as we though.

Mainly because they didn’t stick around to have that bad album that inevitably comes from all great artist.

I don't think Joe Brady was beloved.
Very highly respected, appreciated, and/or admired.
But "beloved" is probably not appropriate here.

Or, many times, because the next album was so bad, nobody knows it exists.

Arnsparger kind of did that after Stovall, he was here a bit longer but was pretty successful. His departure was very much regretted.

1982 season can’t touch 2019

agreed - just saying that was the closest thing we've had to this situation -- one year assistant makes huge impact

Yes, steve E. is beloved for what he did

Yes, but because he’s not that beloved, which is a shame. Yes, Coach O and Burrow were super important to the greatest offense in College football history, but Joe Brady was clearly the catalyst. He changed the face of LSU football forever and in 20 years, no one will remember how much he was responsible for it

He is at the top of the list. I am not happy that he is in the NFC South now.
