Jefferson led three TD drives... meanwhile the defense gave up TDs of 39, 80, and 84 yards.
But the quarterback is at fault for everything, right? We should have put up 50 on Arkansas to make up for our piss-poor defense in that gam.

quote:I guess if Lee doesn't play against Tennessee/Florida we can count those as losses then....
FWIW, if Lee doesn't play in 2010, we may have beaten Auburn.
So minus Lee = win vs Auburn
Minus Lee = loss vs Tennessee/Florida
btw: Lee wasn't the reason LSU lost Auburn, Auburn could run at will on LSU and could have won by more if they needed. They took a knee late in the game instead of scoring late.

The offense is to blame for Arkansas because they could not do anything against Arkansas.

quote:Jefferson direct 2 touchdown drives of 75 yards and 42 yards...
Jefferson led three TD drives
LSU kicked field goals for the other 9 points....
Now if talking about Auburn
Jefferson led scoring drives of 78 yards, 50 yards and LSU kicked a Field Goal for last 3 points...

Makes me sick knowing I have another year of this shite.
Yeah, LSU would be much better off with just having JL and not another QB who had ever taken a snap in FBS/BCS/SEC football.
I'm pretty sure he wasn't advocating the dismissal of JJ from the football team. In the context of this thread, I'm positive he was commenting on the fact that our coaching staff has made it clear that JJ will be the starter for the upcoming season. That's what makes everybody sick.

It will be JJ/JL just like last year. If the Tigers make it through September undefeated, that will be the way it goes all year. If things start to fall apart early on...losses to Oregon, WV, and MSU...the pressure on Miles might lead us to seeing Mett.

I doubt we see Lee this year honestly...
While I think either Lee/JJ would produce similar production (Lee making up JefIferson ground output through air) I think it will be 100% Jefferson unless a blow out.
If he performs then great, if not then I am comfortable with the alternatives.

So yeah, its way off the wall.
We have both Lee and Mett this upcoming season. Stupid point is stupid.

I dont care who starts. As long as they come in and play well and win games I will be a happy camper

David Pollack is either 1) butt hurt of LSU or 2) really does have an inside to LSU players to tell him about their lack of faith in JJ (which her reports on 790 the zone afternoon broadcasts.
