anything other than JJ

Perfect answer there Tiger Fan. No need to be specific or give any other reasons. Bashing is in itself reason enough.
After reading your posts I've decided to join the Daily Miles Bashing Brigade too. All this mindless Bashing is really fun and I thank the really smart people like you who have led the way. I'm in your club now. Wheeeee. It feels so good to just sit here and mindlessly Bash. Beats thinking things through doesn't it? Bashing today, Bashing tomorrow, Bashing forever.

bench JJ.

no...they both have their strengths and weaknesses. I think they're about even as QBs but JJs ability to run is what puts him ahead

I'm starting to get sick of the mobile QB bs. Jamarcus Russell ran like he was wearing lead shoes. Yet, he was one of the greatest LSU QB's of all time. A qb doesnt have to be mobile, he just has to be mobile enough.

Start Mett...and i'm from destrehan

well i think its Lee's (last year) and Mett's ability to throw. I mean the position is the Quarterback, the guy that has to throw the football to the WIDE RECEIVERS!...we have Running backs that run the football!...

I don't think any of them have proven they can throw the ball any better than the other one. They've all had their moments....except for Mett because he just got here. But all reports from spring camp have stated that JJ played better and Mett hasn't been that impressive....which is understandable

and having a QB with the ability to run gives the defense one more thing they have to account for....i know we have running backs.

So you wouldn't support lee as the starter if miles made him the starter?

Do you think you know more than les miles about football?

Why would you question his decision to make lee the starter?

uh, JR was pretty damn mobile, especially for his size. He used his mobility to buy more time to throw, instead of running.

He ran a pretty good 40 time, comparable to Flynn's

"I really wasn't in the best situations at times," Jefferson said of 2010. "It's kind of hard to be successful when you're in a third-and-six situation. That puts you in a situation you have to complete a 10-, 12-yard pass. That's kind of hard for any quarterback to do. If you [convert] 20 percent of that, that's almost good."

In all due respect to JJ, he's including his 3 to 5 step drop back and all the running around he does to come up with the 10 - 12 yard pass.

OMG!

never said i wouldn't support him. You asked if thought he was better if Miles dubbed him the starter. I said i think they're about even with JJ having the advantage because of his running ability. I'll support whoever goes out there because i'm a better fan than you....so there.

No...but i've been accused of being Les Miles....so maybe i do. Did i just blow your mind?

He (or I) didn't make Lee the starter....but I've questioned several of his (or my) decisions....i just don't post it because i have a reputation to uphold.

I would call JR's mobility more "pocket presence" than running skills.
