1) Hodson was the man. Was my first favorite player. Unfortunate he didn't pan out in the pros. Think it had something to do with that hitch in his throwing motion.
2) Wendell Davis was awesome as hell and made Hodson's job easy.
3) Tim Brown was still the best player on the field. Wow that guy was a heck of an athlete.

Our purples look fantastic. I'd love to see LSU go back to wearing them at home or at least abandoning the rigid structure that relegates the purples to only an awful opponent or two a year.
I wouldn't mind essentially doing what the Saints do and alternating white/dark jerseys arbitrarily.

I was in the South End Zone on the Goal Line Stand and it was so loud your head was vibrating. On the 4th Down I do not see how ND got the play off because you could not hear anything!!

The stadium is not the same. The crowd isn't the same. The game isn't the same. Fans are spoiled. Les is stale. But LSU will live on after all of us are dead and buried.
