In 2018 and 2019 LSU baseball lost 53 games. The most in b2b seasons since 81 and 82.

For anyone who thinks LSU baseball's problems are new.

That's back from before Skip Bertman was coaching.

Also LSU baseball's road record is 13-32 in 2018, 19, 20, and 21.

The 2017 CWS finals loss was really the end for Paul Mainieri.

And 2017 doesn’t happen unless 3 best friends come back for their senior season to play together one last time.

Definitely don’t think they are new, but good stats. This really points out that most of us are not “knee-jerk-reacting” to a 1-5 start. Paul is tired, stale, and quite frankly comes off as lazy. I feel like he expects a finished product to step into the lineup and produce.

And 2017 doesn't happen in Omaha, unless Oregon State sits their monster ACE! We've been going down hill for a decade time for a change.

He has admitted as much. He’s not here to develop players.

It would be under .500 if they played the full 2020 season. That team was going no where.

It would have ended Paul way sooner. I’m afraid he comes back another year.
