Imagine LSU basketball bringing back these as a throwback

Man I’m so pumped for the 2 months ahead of LSU hoops. It’s awesome listening to the guys talk about us on SEC network tonight because we’re contenders again. Just went back and watched our 06 March run, reminded me how fun basketball can me.

Wish they’d bring back the old purple jerseys that were almost navy. Those were sweet.

It's actually shocking how some people don't understand that you can have a DESIGN of a uniform without the actual uniform.
The pics in the OP were a throwback. Do you think in the 70's when they wore those uniforms they were that baggy? No. So they would not be that baggy now because the style has changed.
Goodness people, just use a little smarts.
With that said, those jerseys were AMAZING. We wore them the first time at home against Georgia when we had "70s Night." We beat them by 30, soft drinks were .50 cents, hot dogs were a $1, and game tickets were $1. When people talk about the old days, I think of that game as one of several that season. There were 12-13k there and it was WILDDD. My boy Ben Voogd had 7 assists and was playing stratal out there. That was a fun fun night, I remember that night vividly.
