Let’s be honest, after ms state we all felt let down, and rightfully so.
It was a quick reminder of how great last year was,I mean, when would the tiger fan base ever shite on a 345 yard passer in the last decade? Never! That’s the fricking answer.

What I witnessed from Brennan this pat Saturday was extremely comforting. I can remember a play early on where he stepped up really aggressively and dropped a dime and it immediately took me back to last year. I was like damn. He’s got it, just need a little more time to make it his identity.

While young, I see some really good football about to be played in the coming weeks .
Geaux tigers!!!!

I’m right there with you brother. I and any real LSU Fan knew we would have growing pains this season because of attrition, coaching changes and COVID’s bitch arse but I was also excited to see the growth of this group. Win, Lose or Draw, I just wanna see us get better week by week and I like how from Week 1 to Week 2 (even though we played Vandy) we have shown progression

Couple plays he stepped up in the pocket and threw darts down the middle that were EXACTLY what you wanted to see. Fixed the happy feet.

He could still be a bit quicker on his timing with some throws, but if he keeps up the trend from week 1 to week 2 we will be in good shape offensively.

IMO the defense still has more question marks.

I’m with you on the future looks bright. I saw a lot of true freshman on the field making plays for us last night. We should be tough once these guys get a little game experience under their belt.

Myles is playing better than Joe did his first year. Next year we should be the real deal

I’ll be pleased if we can find a way to get to 7 wins in the regular season. Anything better than that this particular year and I’ll be very pleased.

At this moment the most realistic prediction would be 6-4.

LSU would routinely pass for like 110 yds/game in the dark days of Les offense lol

Ikr. That’s my point. We got spoiled as hell last year and we’re very fortunate to have a guy like Brennan this year.
That could change very quickly but for now, I’m ridin

The defense will improve. I think by the next couple of games we could have one if not best tandems of cbs in the country with Stingley and Ricks. We still have Stevens roaming the middle of the field. Gaye is a monster and I think once Roy starts playing more and Ojulari our d line will be even better. As bad as our defense played in the first game, the d line has been great. Linebacker imo is the biggest questions mark but I think Cox is a monster. White and Sampah need to get more playing time imo.
