Answer for being half game out in the best league in the country and wrapping up a National seed about 3 weeks ago?

That’s great. Do you feel confident that this LSU baseball team with this pitching staff is making a long run into the late rounds of Omaha?

Agree 1000! Everywhere Johnson has been his teams were near the bottom of the Conference in Pitching. His Teams Hit and Suck at Pitching! That is Who He Is as a Coach!

Losing Noot Appleby and Taylor in the preseason hurts.

No shite. But we knew they were hurt going into the season. I don’t feel like it’s asking for too much for our pitchers to consistently throw strikes and get outs. Why do y’all feel like it is?

Tonight, no. The rest of the year, yes. And the fact that you cut off the other part of my sentence there tells me a lot.

Feels like he leaves pitchers in one batter too long. Guidry 100% should’ve come in late in this game. Lock up a win before worrying about tomorrow.

I think Johnson 100% felt like Hurd was his best option. I don’t believe he was saving Guidry. There is not one arm in the pen who can be trusted. Hurd looked like he might be turning things around, then this. It’s been the same story all season. Someone will pitch well for a few outings, then implode.

It would be nice if we could get travinski to hit every game but what do you do if the catcher gets hurt

If you throw strikes consistently , people are going to hit off of you . Sometimes you gotta throw junk and hope they take the bait . It's a gamble .

What exactly does this entail?
