I'm just happy to see Slant passes again across the middle.

They are so effective it's a shame we haven't used them since JaMarcus Russell played
Now we just got to get the screen game working maybe Drew Brees could show a little thing or two

I remember begging for a screen pass during the Miles era

If Giles and others start catching those passes in the flats this offense will hum along even better. Still having issues with drops

It's also nice to not cringe every time the qb drops back to pass. It's unbelievable that a program like LSU had such trouble with the forward pass for so long.

I’m happy to see kick offs in the end zone, no toss dives, forward passes and an offense that actually try’s to score.

We have Excised the Demon and I think the exorcism was done by "Doc JEAUX"

The screen to CEH that got called back for a BS "low block" away from the play was a thing of beauty.
Except for the part where Joe forgot Clyde was 5'7

That slant to Sullivan was so money.
Even on the replays I find myself amazed we had a simple easy completion on 4th and 7

It’s amazing how les miles used a time machine back to the 60s Michigan offense. I’m more amazed how year after year we signed top wrs every class when we couldn’t throw it to them. Football is fun again and hope we build off of it. I’m not crazy over coach O being our head man but all the shite miles used to piss me off with coach O fixed it. I hope he does well.

Screens and the TE over the WIDE OPEN middle!

we all know miles did not like using short and intermediate middle but it does not mean we NEVER EVER used it. mett threw deep middle in 2013 and a slant here and there. now i will admit in 2012 most stuff was mainly outside the hashes and miles preferred it that way post 2008.

We used to run them with Jarvis
I think it was the QBs call at the line on short yardage.m downs.
Line up heavy set jarvis our wide.
He was money on that slant. Mett hit a 3 step drop
