Why all the concern about permanents you still have to play 6 other SEC opponents.Thats when the real bitching starts.when for example your team has those 3 and then you get Ala,geo Tx on that same schedule.Of coarse that won’t happen to Bama or Geo.

I like our draw. AU and Tennessee will be a much harder matchup most years than what we have. Miss State makes sense based on proximity.

Not to be an a-hole but Mississippi State had to play someone and they are basically right down the road. Like people are taking the permanent opponent thing way too hard. Each team will play every team home and away every four years so that is pretty often compared to the last two decades. The schedules are going to be harder on everyone and likely you are going to see a much more beaten up SEC heading into the playoff then previously.

I like the results.

People are making way too much of this.

If anything, our draw is arguably easier than Bamas and we should be able to win all 3 of our annual games more often than not.
