If you want to beat Bama, better load each line with 5 stars...

Bama is getting them, and we're getting them here and there. We need some studs on the OL and DL. And I mean across the board. Was shocked how bad our OL got handled last night, thought we were better than that. But Bama has NFL D lineman across the board.

That's because they are loaded with Louisiana shipjumpers.

We hired O in part to stop that.

Other teams that actually score points against bama have much worse lines than we do. It’s because our OC sucks. Very simple

When they're in your backfield, hard to call plays. You really need a dual threat QB against Bama.

Then you don’t call long developing play action plays from your own 5.

Y’all act like our online is the only one that has trouble with them.

Bulls**t, Clemson beat Bama with walk on's and 3 star talent, it's offensive creativity nothing more, Clemson's offense answered every time Bama scored, it came down to 1 or 2 stops by defense for the win. Last night our defense stopped Bama multiple times but at some point you have to move the ball score and allow the defense to rest, that's it no magic 5star crap, simple as moving the ball and score, and let your defense hold them down

this also. Kind of worried that Brennan is our QB in waiting and while we have one DT in these class he isn't all that high rated. We need to bring in the #1 rated DT in the country or sign a bunch of huge strong athletic highly skilled highly regarded O linemen. We have Thomas in this class but need about 3 or 4 like him in every class.

So you are saying that we shouldn’t worry about getting more 5 star offensive linemen and just get a magical super duper dual threat qb to somehow buy time for a line that isn’t blocking?

Really. That’s what you’re saying!

I agree but its hardly worth it on this board. These people are addicted to mediocrity. They expect a level of recruiting that is unattainable.

LSU will never out recruit Alabama.
