Our corner can stick with their receivers as long as they stay disciplined and don’t get beat on the window dressing

CANADA WILL EARN THAT PAYCHECK THIS WEEK

No matter how good the corners are, if you don't get to the QB they will get open.

I agree this is the key to the game...but I don't think this gives us the win. Stopping the run puts us in the game. I think Auburn still has the better passing game.

I think it's more if we can run the ball.

Auburn's D is stout AF

False. IF we rush the passer AND stop the run we (can) win. If we let Stidham have all day to throw we cannot and will not win. He is as accurate as they come with time to throw

He is easily rattled. Been sacked a bunch already.

There has been nothing I have seen this year to prove that we can set the edge against a running game like Auburn’s. Devin White is borderline super human but eventually there gonna bust one Bc of Donnie or one of the freshman . Key must step up big if we want to even keep this game respectable .

Sorry I hate to be a realist but what I’m really worried about it is our offense . If we can’t pick up first downs and we keep our defense on the field it could get very ugly .

Can't win with 0 points. Where are our points going to come from? Did the zero points scored in the first half of Troy make you a believer or was it the huge offensive performance against Florida. You have to pass against Auburn this year and Etling is the worst passer in the SEC.

I do believe that the defense will play very well and keep the game close in the first half. I also believe that the offense will do the usual and put the defense in a bind in the second half. The defense will get tired and the flood gates will open late.

Doesn’t their QB have an 80% completion rate? Danny barely has 60%.

Huge if, considering we’ve given up 239 rush yards per game in the 2 conference games we’ve played this season.

3-4 that LSU runs on defense gives the QB to long with no pressure to throw the ball.!
if the Tigers get pressure on the QB we have s good chance to win!

Yes, but that's all based on their running game. They aren't a great passing team. They are probably average at best.

But, they are still better than we are. The thought that stopping their run makes us the favorite is off, IMO. It does even the playing field though which would give us a shot.

That would be the greatest story if true. It would mean that he is improving and that upgrade would greatly benefit the team moving forward. If we just had a faint pulse at QB, we would be undefeated at this point.
