All would have went well. He woulda had his going out party on a high note, and we probably would have ......... as our head coach.

Who would have been the hire then? What kind of shape would our team and fans be? O wouldn't have been an interim, so it wouldn't be him as head coach. I bet we would have different coordinators too.

Way to go Aleva

Jimbo. But we'd be 5-6 bc we have a bad QB

Why you wanted ...... instead of Miles? Because of his redneck accent? Miles had a better record than ....

I wouldn't go that far. I think he lucked into the hire as much as anything.

Could you imagine the melt on this board paying Jimbo more that Les for a 5-6 season this year? 90% of the threads on the first page would be calling for his head.

Just because he went 6-6 at FSU this year doesn’t mean his season would have played out the same had he been at LSU. In fact, statistically Orgeron is MUCH more likely to have a 6-6 type year than Jimbo is.

You didn't follow college football this year?

Was Jimbo and Florida State favored in these games:
NC State L 27-21
Louisville L 31-28
Boston College L 35-3

Were these not ugly wins?
Wake Forest W 26-19
Duke W 17-10
Syracuse W 27-24

He had one of if not the most talented teams in the ACC and went 5-6.

You think he could have magically coached LSU playing over 30 true and RS freshmen with 12 of them starting at times and with the best two players missing a lot of time and done better in the SEC?

Sorry, totally missed it. After reading the Rant for a couple hours it's hard to tell sometimes.

Yes? How many losing seasons has he had in his career? How many 10 win seasons?

Can you not get your mind around the possibility to Fisher didn't want to come to LSU? God knows he had the chance.

In fact, statistically??!! What a load of absolute BS.

In fact, statistically ED O went 9-3, and Jimbo is 5-6. What you posted is not statistics; it’s completely made up nonsense.

Ogeron and Canda takeover in spring of 2016, Leonard Fournette wins the Heisman and LSU beats BAMA 14-10 to win the west and is in the playoffs as 12-0 SEC champs.
