Last year O hired a defensive coordinator without interviewing him. This year he hired a defensive coordinator and an offensive coordinator...both have never been coordinators before.

I think we will beat CMU and State but get destroyed at home vs Auburn.

You need to send your resume to Woodard I am sure he would hire you to look over the football team to keep morons off the staff.

It would be one thing if it were only two games. But Orgeron's team was bad last season. Taking a step back from 2019? Sure. Understandable. Getting beat by mediocre teams like MSU and Mizzou along with not even looking like they belong on the same field with teams like Auburn and Alabama is a whole other animal.
Still, most people this offseason gave O the benefit of the doubt that he fixed the issues from 2020...only to watch the 2021 team come out and look just as bad defensively and now, probably worse offensively than when the starting QB was making his first two starts ever.
Could this team be better? Sure. We certainly hope so. But unless you just refuse to acknowledge there are now 12 games of concerning issues there has been nothing thus far to suggest this will turn out to be a good team.
