Like Jimbo, it is well known that Muschamp has a very strong affinity for LSU. He had only been at Florida for two years and would have definitely made the jump. Obviously, he took the Florida job because it is one of the best jobs in college football. But so is LSU and he has connections here considering he coached here for a long time.
