I don't see Les being capable of managing an entire modern athletic department. Maybe 25-30 years ago. But not with today's demands.

Would not be a fan of that. Doesn't seem to have a 'vision' to handle that position.
He needs to be in some sort recruiting director/cheerleader role.
I say that as someone who stood behind the coach from 07-12. He lost me these last few years, and I don't see him being a good AD.

No. He was fired b/c he wouldn't change his old school mentality and keep his hands out of the play calling. He hired Aranda who is arguably the best DC in the country. He recruited well and hired good assistants but his stubbornness is what did him in. And no I don't think he would even be a candidate for AD here. Maybe a small school but he would not do well here IMO. I am ready to get some good laughs in while watching him act a fool on TV this season.
