If Harris is good enough to play for Tom Herman and Texas

What gave you the impression that Harris has that special something it takes?
His mediocre short pass ability? His lack of composure when the heat was turned on? His telegraphing of passes and failure to read the field? His ineptitude as a field general? The deer in the headlights look and the pouting when he lost his spot?

What is Harris' plans, is he going to redshirt if he doesn't win a job somewhere with only one more year to play?
If I'm Harris I go to a small school where I know I can play that last year.
If he transfers to a Power 5 and only has the summer and fall to try and win a job it is going to be tough wherever he goes.
