Give me your best guess. I don't see Kiffin leaving Alabama.

Potential Candidates with ties to CEO:

USC OC - Tee Martin (Was WR Coach while CEO was coaching at USC) Currently Averaging 469yds/game and 31pts/game

Oregon OC - Matt Lubick (Was WR Coach for CEO at Ole Miss 2005-2006) Currently Averaging 494yds/game and 37pts/game

South Florida OC - David Reaves (Was QB Coach while CEO was at Tennessee) Currently Averaging 521yds/game and 44pts/game

Other Potential OCs at schools that will probably get new Head Coaches.

Texas OC - Sterlin Gilbert 509yds/game and 35.3pts/game

Baylor OC - Kendal Briles 538yds/game and 38pts/game

There are issues between Texas and Major. Don't know the whole story, but don't think he is going back there even if Herman gets that HC job.

I agree that it would be Kiffin. I think that is how O gets the job is to promise part of his salary to lure Kiffin.

It would be the home run hire that CEO would need to compete. I would also love to see the meltdown in gumpsville. CEO's history with Lane is the only reason for mentioning it on this forum.

That said, it's one hell of a longshot and I never liked Lane anyway to I can go either way with it.

Could someone please explain to me why we'd keep O but move on from Ensminger?

FWIW, I think all of the spots other than DC should be up for consideration, but if you're behind keeping O, how can you justify letting go of Ensminger?

I don't know much but I do know you have to score points to win and he didn't put a single one up on the board against Alabama
