especially with all of the talk of tradition when cross division rivalries was brought up a few years ago.

Auburn wants it changed because every other year it now plays Georgia and Alabama on the road in back-to-back conference games. This year, Auburn visits both.
Before 2013, Auburn either played at Georgia and hosted Alabama or hosted Georgia and played at Alabama. Once expansion hit, the schedule was tweaked and now Auburn either hosts Georgia and Bama in the same year or visits both in the seam year.

This is another reason the conference is too big. There are too teams we don't play. And traditions are slowly getting lopped off because we have to fit in the Texas A&Ms, Mizzous, Arkansases and South Carolinas of the world.

Auburn always struggles early in the year and gets hot later in the season. I would not like that for LSU
