I love having Cano and Skip on the radio during lunch

2 legends filling in for Hester and The Hanny Man. Prayers to Charlie for his double hip replacement but now we get Skip talking Saints football and Cano trying to steer the ship for 3 hours It’s a late Christmas gift

Rantz is the worse! He sucked in high school, he sucked at LSU and he still sucks. All of this is related to his profession. He could be a great person but as far as listening to him in any media format is cringe worthy.

I listened to Ronnie Rantz and whoever his cohost was for about 20 minutes last week when he was filling in and it was the worst sports radio show I had ever heard. Spent most of it trying to figure out what demographic likes that garbage.

It’s actually Skip. Give Skip a break, he’s 82 years old. They’re doing okay actually. Rantz and Joel Davis and his Patrick Mahomes impression were pretty terrible.

It's interesting hearing Cano on the radio as this soft spoken somewhat wholesome guy but irl he was a top notch dick beater type a-hole.

He doesn't talk much about his days as head coach at Southeastern. It's like a blip on his radar on the way to a cozy TAF position.

I don’t get the hate for Rantz. Yeah his Skip impersonation can get old at times - though I don’t think it’s that bad.
However, he did create the Jumbo Sports Network and for a while - that’s how most of us were able to watch LSU baseball on TV. Especially before the SEC network. For that, I’m very grateful to ole Rantz.

Listening to that made one thing very apparent. Skip is old! He sounds about as bad as Lee Corso.
