I was very impressed on how Coach O held players accountable for team rules. Didnt matter who broke the rules we have a standard. And I think it helps them as they move on to the nfl.

The compliance department, cough cough, had an epiphany called Woody on their arse. It makes discipline easier than the year before.

I’m a fan of how he holds up suspensions but moves it around accordingly so it doesn’t cost the whole team if the player is needed vs a tough opponent. Player still sits games learns a lesson but is there as needed so Championships are still in sight.

I was too, but it all starts with kids who have their priorities straight. O has said a few times that these guys weren't interested in spending a lot of time in Tigerland and that they preferred to focus on winning football games.

Burrow was a factor here, too.
