Realistically where is everyone’s head at? I think 7-5/ 8-4 is a floor for this team. We won 6 games last year with the worse coaching and game planning I have seen in my LSU fandom. I can’t give a ceiling.. just wondering yalls thoughts

10-2/9-3 with them playing close in the losses. We see lots of positive growth setting the stage for ‘23

Look at the schedule. All winnable games. I think 8-4 is the floor. I have a feeling we surprise some folks.

This team has more talent than you think.. it depends if they gel as a team. Have to be on the lookout for transfers post spring practice.

8-4/9-3 with a New Year’s Day bowl appearance (outback, citrus) seems appropriate

I’ll go what I think is optimistic and say 10-3 including the bowl game.

10-2, maybe better. We actually have a coach, we will better better prepared and organized. I think the sky is the limit.

7-8 range, I just think it will take some time, even though we are headed in the right direction

I thought the last 2 years we would be 9 or 10 win teams. At this point who knows. All new staff and new schemes on both sides of the ball. I and looking forward to seeing what the new staff can do with all of this talent. I want them to win them all, but will be happy to see them improve throughout the year and to set up the 2023 season

Bama and A&M are the only two that seem out of reach at the moment. But A&M is gonna have a lot of pressure on them so who knows how the young guys respond. Mostly I just want to see LSU looking competent.

I’m expecting (and would be ok with) 7-5 or 8-4. This isn’t an overnight project.

QB, RB, TE, O-Line, CB are all question marks going into the spring. We have lots of transfers that need to get used to playing with each other for the first time. Kelly will need time to fully implement the culture he wants (seems like he’s off to a good start).

Anything above 8 wins in year 1 and I’ll be pretty stoked. Back half of the schedule will be pretty damn tough.

FSU (Nola) W
Southern W
Miss St W
New Mexico W
@Auburn W
Tenn W
@Fla L
Ole Miss L
Bama L
@Arky W
UAB W
@A&M L

I basically see Auburn, Fla, OM, and Arky as coin flips. If we go 2-2 in those I’ll be satisfied.

Expectations will rise in year 2 with Walker Howard taking over.

With BK, I don’t think there will be any trap games for us. We will win the games we are supposed to win.

I do think we will be a trap game for other teams early in the season like TN, FLA, ole miss, & even Bama.

10-2 is my guess

I got blasted in another thread, whatever.

I said find me 7 wins.

Six is the minimum. Anything over that is awesome.

I think BK gets LSU in a NC championship game within five years, SEC in three.

Next two years will be rebuilding at minimum.

He got a ten year contract.. this will take some time.

Here is an example as to why I would love a baseball only board. It would serve as such a nice filter.

Dear Brian Kelly,

I am tired of predicting my tigers to go 8-4 every year in this thread. We are not Texas A&M. I am ready to get back to my 10+ wins predictions yearly. Most appreciated.

9-3 or 8-4 seems about right if things go as planned. Worst case scenario would be 7-5 or worse. 10-2 would be one hell of a season.
