Just my .02 cents...I don't think we see either one throw another pitch this year.

Their arms are sore from all the innings they’ve thrown. Back off

You right and we have seen this before! Fact, many many times in the last few years!

The injuries are odd to me, its almost like it is more a mental thing than anything. Its like a Jake Latz type thing, no structural damage just a mental issue thinking they are hurt.

Hell based on this program's history with injured pitchers, we may never see them again. I am pretty sure Storz, Labas, and Gilbert have been sent to another dimension.

I think that is part of it. These kids don't know the difference between being hurt and being injured. And the coaches are scared to push them too hard, and they are scared to push themselves.

It's like when someone gets a little bit sick, and they put their symptoms into WebMD and convince themselves that they have Ebola. These kids see the legit injuries all around them, and they freak out at the tiniest pain.

I haven't. Go back and find a year in which our four best freshmen pitchers all missed significant time - not just one start. That has never even been close to happening.

He never said anything about freshmen. He was just referring to pitchers.

Still. This hasn’t happened lately. The only reason y’all are seeing it now is because we expected one of the best pitching staffs. And we haven’t seen all our pitchers healthy at the same time yet.

Anyone have extensive knowledge of other programs and their injury situation?
Is this happening across college baseball or is LSU an anomaly?

Is this travel ball related maybe? Too many pitches leading to arm issues earlier ?
Is this a case of potential young millionaires protecting their value?

Is this common now or is LSU an isolated case?

Can anyone explain how you can have a sore arm for two months yet show no sings of damage?

You can heal a broken bone in that amount of time
