My girlfriend works in the corporate office and we're staying at the Regency downtown. Not the most convenient for getting to and from the stadium but I'll figure the details out later.

If you and the wife haven't checked them out already, I highly recommend the Grand Hyatt Kauai and the Zilara in Jamaica (free stay at an all-inclusive)

Stayed in at Grand Hyatt Kauai last year and loved it. Haven't heard of Zilara but will check it out. Thanks for the tip!

We just went got back from the Grand Hyatt Baha Mar in Nassau. She travels to openings and new properties to train employees, and sometimes I get to tag along. She worked while I laid on the beach all day. Tough job.

Does your wife work for Hyatt?

No I was in a bad accident right before Easter and spent over a month in the burn center at baton rouge regional.

My wife and parents stayed at the Hyatt place in front of the hospital mostly the whole time

They had a whole get well gift package for me when I was sent home and it includes 2 free nights worth of points on the wires card

We stayed @ downtown Hyatt-I love Houston's skyline & the Hyatt is a great place to see it. There's also an entrance into the downtown tunnel, although most of it closes Friday afternoon for the weekend. Shula's Steak House is in the lobby & Spindletop restaurant on the top floor.

We took the Metro to the Wisconsin game, but I would never do it again. They were totally unprepared for the crowds.

Thanks. Yea I'm doing alot better.

Unfortunately this will likely be the only game I make this season, since I had deep 2nd degree burns on 70% of my body I can't be out in the sun and heat.

So this game being indoors is my only chance this season

Anyone heard of Hotel Ylem? Looks like a good price and about a mile from the stadium.
