How will LSU Covid 19 shutdown affect LSU Football?

Think about the ripple affects here:
IF LSU/majority of colleges go to a shut down/online status:
What becomes of the multi-billion dollar business of college football?
There isn't a P5 coach in the country that isn't scrambling right now to ensure that all Spring Football activities will continue on schedule. And summer workouts heading in to Fall.
These story lines are getting more interesting by the minute.

LSU Football is the least of my worries if the panic persists.

I Don’t think it’s a huge deal for everyone in BR
But it could surely affect recruiting. Being able to travel & see kids, & vice versa

The effect on recruiting due to travel restrictions is a very good point.

Quarantine all the players in the Football ops building and indoor practice facility.

This will be over with by April. Stop panicking

Once the NCAA starts to not allow fans, they will screw themselves trying to get them to come back. Once the fan figures out watching TV was ALMOST as fun as being there, they will be trying to give tickets away one day. They are on thin ice in my opinion. I'm thinking about how many people have given up their tickets due to increased prices through the years.

Michigan has shut all of their visits and recruiting activities down.

For the health and safety of all involved, Michigan will not be allowing coaches to conduct off-campus recruiting activities or host recruits on official or unofficial campus visits during this time period.

like the flu, summer should shut it down.
I bet a lot of spring games may be done without big crowds.

Only the brain dead buy into a panic pandemic forced onto them by the media. It’s amazing how many idiots are walking this planet.

It will not affect college football spring practice significantly. Young men that play football in college are not very susceptible to Covid 19. Even if they get it 40- 50% will not even know they have it. The rest will have light cases. About half or more will not even get it. Covid 19 is a very weak virus. City water kills it.
Covid 19 is dangerous to older people who have other underlying bad health problems due to heart problems or diabetes.
I would expect it might affect recruiting more.

I'm not necessarily talking about the virus itself physically/medically affecting players. I'm talking more along the lines of what the NCAA will deem as permissible contsvt wjth coaches while these schools move to online or closed campuses. There is a major argument to be made for the fairness of 1 school to another gaining MORE or LESS access to their players.
I am not worried or panicking about the virus itself. But I am interested in how this will affect college & pro athletics. There's too much $ at stake for too many people.

It won’t matter by that time because the virus is not heat resistant. A week or 2 of 80 degree days and you want see hardly any cases.
