With the hatred of Wade? Probably gotta get through the LaTech game undefeated.

I think we finally get ranked when we give our annual blowout of Tennessee in conference play.

It's all name recognition in CBB.

The people that vote on this stuff don't like Wade. They will always under rank LSU. He's gonna have to really wow them.

If we get Wake Forest tomorrow and beat them, we should be ranked. The WF game will be a good test for us.

Why does this matter? Are they playing for an AP trophy?

Not worried about the ranking. Play the games, win and let the W's talk. No LSU or Wade love from the BB "Blue Bloods".

Also provide additional motivation to kick arse's...

Net is only ranking that matters and no one votes on that

Some people require validation for the success, personally dont need it when it comes to basketball, seeing how it doesnt matter

We have had very little national exposure so far this year. We played Liberty on ESPNU and Penn St. on CBSSN. The rest were on the ESPN app. The GeorgiaTech game is on espn2. If we have a good showing there we’ll be 9-0 and probably be ranked after that. If not, it will be the next week.

I can’t think of a less important thing in NCAA athletics than the ranking for basketball

Generally speaking you either need wins against highly rated teams, or the teams ranked ahead of you to to lose against unimpressive opponents to crack the top 25 when starting unranked. I’d give it a few more games as long as we win.
