Didn't Urban win at Florida with Chris Leak or was that year 2?

That was year 2 with Meyer. It looks like in recent times only Coker. That was probably the most turn key job ever.

ETA: Dennis Erickson also. Both Miami coaches.

Ohio St would have been in the NC game in Meyers first year if they weren't on probation.

The difference is we are bringing in a new coach while the talent level is still high instead of waiting for rock bottom. At most programs I'd assume new coaches come in with little talent to use
