How is Hasty a division 1 pitcher?

If he loses 20 lbs he likely pitches more consistent, especially after 20/30 pitches.

To be fair, Hasty was by far, BY FAR the worst.
He is left handed and has good stuff. He’s worth trying to develop but man he was a train wreck of epic proportions

Because every single pitch against southern miss went into the dirt and he came out with that trash and lost us the lead walking that guy on 4 straight balls..pathetic

Hasty got good stuff as a pitcher. He needs to work dealing with pressure situations. He was awful in the postseason(no command).

His ERA is third best on the team but he can’t be a division 1 pitcher? That makes sense.

Hasty completely melted down. The game/situation was too big for him. It happened in two different games. And he was a guy we counted on throughout the year.

LSU’s was 5th in the conference with similar ERA’s to the 2nd through 4th teams. Your school was 11th in the conference. Worry about them.

I think it says more about our entire staff when Hasty is getting playing time over other guys. How bad are some of our other pitchers if he’s a better option.

He was pretty good to really good this season. But he fell off a cliff the last two weeks. I wonder if he’s fighting an injury.
