the way I see it, if Alleva serious about the gameday experience for all the masses, the concessions stands MUST served chicken and sausage gumbo--not with rice but with the insides of smoked boudin--along with red beans and rice, crisp nachos with queso (not yellow cheese) and ice cream. otherwise he jus be screwing with us

Successful concessions are less about quality and more about andele. We live in south Louisiana - that's all I'm sayin.

Do away with concessions and just let people bring their tailgate in the stadium. Whatever goes, alcohol, food, etc

I eat before the game....if you want good food go to Ruffino’s. The stadium is for watching the Tigers.

BTW....the stadium club has a really good selection??

You expect those retards to be able to serve a good gumbo? They can’t even get a damn hot dog correct half the time

It's not about what is available to eat/drink, it's the quality and the service that's the issue. It's a concession stand and I expect to see very basic concessions but at the same time, they should be at least warm. I don't expect to see burnt ends and mashed potatoes from a concession stand at a game and I don't think anyone realistically does either.

But a good hot dog would be nice. A warm slice of pizza or warm cheese for warm nachos would be nice. Popcorn that wasn't stale and cold.

I only went to the concession stand once this year and it was for a hot dog and a coke. The coke was better than the hot dog. I mean, how do you mess up a freaking hot dog?

People around me had cold cheese for nachos, chips that were almost stale, stuff that is about as basic as it gets at concession stands was wrong.

Just get the food quantity for the games right. Seems like they're always running out of stuff (which is ironic given how displeased the fans are with the concessions. Which makes me think they order small amounts of concessions). You know it's a home game, you know people will be there and will want concessions, that's a no brainer. Look at the weather, will it be hot? Stock up on water. Have the water cold. Not warm.

It's not brain surgery.

And bring back Chick Fil A!
