Walking up to the stadium on a beautiful fall afternoon to the smell of jambalaya and gumbo.
Beautiful coeds dressed up in their purple and gold outfits
The team and band coming down Victory Hill to the masses yelling “LSU! LSU! LSU!”
The goosebumps when the band marches onto the field and strikes those first four notes!
The team exploding out of the locker room to roar of the crowd!
That first Tiger TD of the game setting off a wild celebration in the student section!
I can’t frickin’ wait!!!

It will be awesome for recruiting and for last year’s freshmen, namely those nearly transferring b/c they didn’t like the “vibe” in BR

Last year was the first time I haven't gone to an LSU game since graduation. So ready to be back.

Game day experience is for a few select games, sorry but it ain’t what it use to be. However it’s that way almost everywhere. Gotta love those 80 inchers . Bathroom close by....can ya tell I’m a baby boomer yet ? Youngsters gotta leave those phones in the car for 3-5 hours 5-6 weekends out of the year and Scream like Banshees for the Entire game

Don’t know by halftime the stadium will look like a pandemic in full swing again.

Half the people there are buried in their phones or are there to socialize.

It ain’t what it once was. No stadium in America is unfortunately unless it’s a top five matchup.

But is still going to be much better than last year was.

You are quite right but nothing like the 20 and below crowd for the most part. Especially the girls lol. Welcome to the “connected world “
