Same reason he didn't bunt with Gibbs up with 2 on in the 8th. Because we don't practice it and we can't use it. Try it one time...it couldn't have hurt any more than wasting the opportunity.

No the right call is to pinch hit and bunt and that's not lookin bak at it and sayin it. I said that when he got on base. It's the safer call and smarter call

I like PM but he cost the tigers the game. In the bottom of the 8th runners on 1st and 2nd no outs that late in the game I don't care if it was Gibbs up to bat we need them runs on 2nd and 3rd. We desperately needed a bunt laid down. O well its easy to say it now. 
We will come back strong next year. Good job Tigers.
