Aggie fans are quick to adapt. I think they took to us as their new big brother pretty quickly.
Maybe they'll go back to playing UT every year but meanwhile, there's a lot fueling the animosity between them and us. Chavis, Jimbo, Woodward, 74-72...not to mention the fact that they're pretty easy to dislike. I think it could grow into a pretty heated rivalry.
There's really nothing like that you can point to at Arky other than proximity. And even then, Fayetteville is probably the 4th closest SEC town to BR. Hence The Boot, as if that was enough to fuel a rivalry.
ETA: Make that 6th. Tuscaloosa is closer and Auburn probably is too.

Look, Arky has hit rock bottom, but look back how many times they beat us! I believe in tradition, we should gladly run around the stadium with the trophy! Arky is in their Curly Halman stage- never forget! I look forward to every game & cherish every win! We are all getting too bloated with this season...but keep in mind a loss can bring everything crashing to earth very quickly...

As long as they only shine up to the border and let the wasteland north in the midwest continue to develop a petina, don't care where they leave it.
I would be great if they had one like that with Arky, Texas, and MS... LA bright and shiny surrounded by dull looking neighbors. Be great for recruiting.
