Here is our problem (Basketball)

We only have 8 scholarship players. With the way the game is officiated now, we get into to foul trouble and we can’t play aggressive defense. We literally don’t even have a Darcy Malone we can throw out for 2-3 minutes at the end of a half to burn fouls.
If we had more bodies, it wouldn’t be a concern. But thats unfixable roght now so we have to cut back the fouling. We play better defense and everything else falls into place.
This is where not having Edwards and Sims (RIP) hurts us

No idea, but I’ve hopped off the Naz Train awhile ago. He’s just not good.

Inconsistent on both ends.
Lack of discipline leads to foul trouble.
Smart and Waters are the only shot makers on the team and rarely play together on the floor.
Naz has struggled adjusting to SEC play.
I think we can get it fixed in time to make an SECT run, but we’re not an elite 8 team like I thought we might be.

The problem is that Smart saw how much play Emmit was getting on his short shorts. Now he trying to get in on it and has driven a wedge into the heart of this team

I can’t figure out if LSU has a good team or not ? Hopefully, Will Wade brings a few more studs in next year.
