Here is a description of a college RB from an evaluation, tell me if this rings a bell...

Tendency to be tripped up/ankle tackled
Not many elusive open-field moves
Though a bowling ball of a runner, too often searching for contact rather than keeping feet alive
As mentioned earlier speed and quickness are below average in my view. He has an excellent juke/jump-cut that is the key to his explosive games but is not a winner to the edge
Who is this mystery college running back with below average speed and quickness?

Can't be Fournette because his speed has never been questioned

Would say Spencer ware, but I think it is Guice. More apt for Ware, though.

Sounds like Charles Scott.
Can't be Fournette because his speed has always been elite and has never been a question. Nobody has ever seen Fournette in the open field and thought his speed was below-average.
Maybe Jeremy Hill, although Hill was pretty well-rounded back.
Who is it?

So that is a scouting report after college. And that scouting report is wildly inaccurate

Just read that, he cites the decling production but either omits or doesn't know he was hurt.

Must have been the Saints scouts that Ireland fired when he came in to Saints organization.
