I'm signed in, I pay for ESPN. Can't get it on my phone or computer. I live in Baton Rouge. What am I doing wrong?

I am a Cox user in BTR and have never had any problem getting the games on my computer. I go on SECNetwork.com and click on TV schedule and voila! Occasionally, it will ask for my provider name and I just click on Cox.

Try different devices and web browsers. If none work, call Cox and bitch at them.

Also, maybe check and see if the SEC Network is coming through on your tv. I keep having problems where random channels that I subscribe to will start saying that I don't subscribe. It's never happened with the SEC Network, so I don't know if this issue affects streaming or not, but it could be something similar.

Happened to me last night. Just keep clicking it and it worked for me eventually.

Yeah. Same for me on UVerse. I just reloaded a couple of times and it worked. Never happened to me before. Strange that others had it happen last night too. Must be an ESPN thing and not a provider thing. Weird.

Same here (Uverse). Sometimes I had to try it 4 or 5 times before it worked, but I got through.

I've got the same problem . I have SEC Network on my tv's at home too. Called Cox twice, they can't figure it out. Even bought a Roku stick & it doesn't work either "You are not authorized to view this content" is what it says. So freaking pissed. Thinking about calling Cox one more time and telling them "Give me a username & password that works, or I'm canceling my service & going to dish".

I can access espnu & all the others on the "watch espn" app. Everything EXCEPT SEC Network+

It's an iPad . Stupid thing logs me on automatically . Doesn't give me a chance to enter password. A screen flashes that says:
"SAML 2.0 AUTO POST FORM", then automatically logs me on . I've tried to uninstall/re-install Watch ESPN app . Same shite.
Can I add "flash" or "firefox" on iPad ? If so, how do you do it ?
As far as the Roku stick, yes, I've tried that several times.

I've had the same issue all season. Never worked on three different devices. I called Cox and Espn last night. They blamed each other. Last straw for Cox as far as I'm concerned. Signing up for U-Verse this weekend.

Same exact thing. I'd love to just drop their arse but my cable AND internet is both through them & my girl works from home on the internet (medical coding) & needs the higher speed internet.

I had the same problem earlier in the season. The tech support guys working on the weekend didn't have a clue. Finally a weekday guy called and figured out that I was only subscribed to SEC network and not +. So he added that to my package and I logged out and back in and it worked. I use amazon fire.
