Has LSU EVER been the benefactor of so many blatantly wrong calls?

I'm sure we've gotten breaks along the way but I am an old man who has followed LSU since the 50s and I don't ever recall us getting the breaks that other teams do.

Auburn 2006 was worse than last night. That day actually cost us a national championship.

2004 Bama Corey Webster mugged the Bama receiver in the end zone and picked it off

Never that many in one game.

The two that come to mind are 2004 Bama and 2009 Arkansas (They said Ridley got out of bounds to stop the clock when he clearly landed in bounds). But those were isolated incidents.

Thought we had a few calls help us against Auburn this year but that’s most likely a product of just being used to being on the wrong end of horrible calls while those calls could’ve been good.

Maybe my title is poor. I meant have we ever benefited as much as A & M did last night.

I know about all the Bama and Auburn bad calls against us but have that many calls gone in our favor before is what I meant.

Sorry for the bad play on words.

i think they were even. everyone is talking about the regulation stuff but no one is talking about the ot missed calls. burrow's facemask, holding to spring trevyon in the 7th ot, the "catch" that hit the ground, the missed taunting, etc.

this one joins auburn as the worst officiated game i've ever seen in any sport at any level. unbelievable

Yes. A few years back, @ A&M, the Aggies had the ball in LSU territory down by a field goal. After getting it into range, all they needed to do was run it one more time, call their last TO, and kick the game winner. LSU jumped offsides so blatantly that it screwed up the snap resulting in a fumble. LSU recovered the fumble, but the offsides was never called. LSU then took a knee and the game was over.

What was the whole situation there? I recall the offside, but they were closer to midfield. What was the score here? I believe it was more complicated that you are making it to be.

Aggies trailed 23-17, and they were nowhere close to scoring.
